Security Deposit

Palmetto deposits start at $750. This is a refundable deposit. Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.

Pet Policy

Four-legged friends are welcome at Palmetto Apartments!
Up to two pets are allowed per home (example: two dogs or two cats, or if you are brave, one dog and one cat).

We do have a 45 pound weight restriction on dogs and, we’re sorry, we also have some breed restrictions. Not all residents are comfortable with some breeds of dogs and we want to be respectful of that. Please ask the property manager to see the list.
